Every Friday from May to October City of Arts and Sciences (CAC) hosts free open-air concerts. This annual event is known as Un lago de conciertos (A lake of concerts) because the concerts are taking place in the artificial lake next to Hemisfèric in CAC. If you are looking for free events in Valencia, you shouldn’t miss these concerts. Read on to find out more about the shows.
For sure, the first thing you are wondering is what kind of concerts are these? All the concerts are performed by the students of Berklee College of Music in cooperation with CAC. You can look forward for all the possible styles – rock, jazz, rock n roll, pop, funk, latin music, folk, electronic music, hip hop or Mediterranean music. These concerts are not only about music, the objective is for the audience to experience music in pictures and enjoy activities related to science, music and art throughout the year.

On Saturday 7th of July the event La Nit de Berklee 2018 (The Night of Berklee 2018) will be hold. On this day the students of Berklee College are going to graduate. The ceremony will be accompanied by free concert as well.
