Monday
On Monday head to Big Ben in Honduras Square 36. At 20:30 starts the language exchange organized by ‘Valencia Language Exchange’. This organization runs its language exchanges every day of the week as you will see below and it’s completely free. The most spoken languages are English and Spanish but you can also practise French, German or Italian. Even though language exchanges by ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ are designated mainly for Erasmus students, you will find there people of all ages. Tuesday
On Tuesday at 20:30 ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ holds their event in Upper Club (Gran Vía Marques del Túria 40).
We also recommend you to try the Spanish-English exchange in Laboratorio (Plaza Escolania de la Mare de Deu dels Desamparats 3) at 20:00. This language exchange is different than the previous one where you join a group of people at the table. In Laboratorio you have 15 minutes to talk to a person. Then you meet another person and switch the languages.
Wednesday
On Wednesdays ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ moves to La Trastienda on Paseo Alameda 10. Time stays the same – 20:30.
Portland Ale House (Salamanca 10) is an American bar with amazing burgers. The Spanish-English exchange starts at 20:30 and if you stay till 23:00, you can take part in karaoke night.
Thursday
Every Thursday our school El Tándem Spanish School has a language exchange in La Lambrusquería (Ciscar Street 3) at 20:30. Don’t miss it because our teachers are present, so your language progress is guaranteed! Check our Facebook for more info.
On Thursdays ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ is again at Big Ben in Honduras Square 36 at 20:30.
Friday
Fridays are different. ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ combines traditional language exchange with a party and the event is called Flags Tandem Party. Come to Umbracle from 23:00. You will receive a sticker with your country’s flag so that everyone knows what language they can speak with you. Be ready for some games too.
Saturday
Every Saturday you can join the ‘Valencia Language Exchange’ during their weekly trips to different parts of Spain.
