If you are a photography lover, we suggest you to join this great event! The photojournalism festival celebrates its 9th edition under the slogan “Agitators of awareness” and foresees a strong participation of women who have developed a great work of awareness through photography.
The program of the festival includes different activities, like workshops, night screenings, exhibitions, debates and viewing portfolios.
For this Saturday, we highlight “The Night of Professional Photographers” in the Cloister of La Nau. During the night, the multimedia works of professional photographers dealing with topics of social relevance will be projected.
Furthermore, you cannot miss the 6 photo exhibitions, promoted by the festival. Here below find more information:
– “Little Black Dress” by Yolanda Domínguez”. From 7th of May to the 9th of June at La Nau Cloister.
– “DesTieRRRadas” by Pedro Armestre. From the 7th to the 31st of May at the Centre of Contemporary Culture Octubre
– “Agitadoras de Conciencias”. Collective exhibition. From the 7th May to the 15th of June at el Circuito urbano EMT and Metro Valencia.
– “Photon Worldwide”. Collective exhibition . From the 7th to the 30th of May at Sala Metro.
– “Llano” by Juanita Escobar. From the 7th to the 30th of May at La FNAC.
– “Jarque. La cámara y la vida” by Paco Jarque. From the 5th of June to the 29th of September at the Ethnology Museum of Valencia.

Ready to join the great language festival? From Saturday, the Umbracle will be the scene of the third edition of the international language festival. The festival organized by the association Valencia Language Exchange, aims to promote multilingualism and language learning through the arts and recreational activities.
For two days, you can immerse yourself in this colorful world, participating in multilingual activities, such as yoga, dance, zumba, masterclass, language exchanges and world music concerts.
If you want to celebrate multilingualism and learn about other cultures, you cannot miss this event! We will go with our students of the Spanish school.

The Cabanyal Íntim is an annual event that theater lovers cannot miss. With the slogan “Freedom” the festival explores this topic through the performing arts under different perspectives and approaches. Among them, the cabaret, the performance, the dance, the text theater, the puppets, etc.
The festival maintains its peculiarity by transforming private spaces, bars, and other venues into stages with the aim of offering an “intimate” cultural experience bringing the public closer to the life of the neighborhood.
